 Taking back control

Anxiety and stress can make life feel unmanageable. Your therapist will help you take back control of your thoughts and your life.

Your therapist will teach you skills for anxiety management that give you a sense of power over your thoughts.

Plan to meet with your therapist on a weekly basis to start in order to see results as soon as possible.

 A mindful approach

Anxious thoughts are often related to past or future events. Mindfulness is the act of being present in the moment while accepting what has already happened and letting go of what may come.
Our therapists all have training and experience teaching and guiding mindfulness as a way to address anxiety.

You will be encouraged to practice mindfulness skills regularly to promote faster healing.
